This Is My Letter to the World

This is my letter to the world,

That may never accept me

I will shout into the sea

Because there is no one waiting for me

I will admire mother nature

Her beauty amazes me

May those who understand

Come with me

I will use my voice, my name,

Don’t you try to silence me

I will soar over the oceans,

Hearing you cry the same pleads as me

I do not need to be saved

I will stand by the sea

Waiting for no one

My beauty amazes me
